How to Improve Productivity Without Buying Things
In my materialistic lifestyle, I find myself obsessing over purchasing new goods, especially with technology. I want to change my workflow to be less about purchasing goods and more about improving my craft with what I already have. This can apply to almost any skill such as Photography.
This is how I currently am.
- Think about what I want to be more productive with.
 - Think maybe I do need to buy more tools for your job.
 - Spend countless hours scouring the internet for research
 - Spend days on Youtube watching reviews
 - Spend hours looking for the best deal
 - Purchase the item in question.
 - Obsess over it and add it to the inventory
 
This materialistic lifestyle is excessive, unorganized, and almost meaningless unless I turn it into something productive.
This is my new and improved process
- Create Concrete Achievable Goals.
 - Think about the Tools you currently have that can help you achieve these goals.
 - Organize your existing items.
 - Get to know your items and how to use them.
 - Watch Tutorial Videos and How tos
 - Read Articles about how to be more productive using the tools you have
 - Use your newfound expertise to achieve your goals
 - When you are at your peak, then you can reward yourself by
 - Using your new tools to improve
